Domestic Shipping

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post, depending on the product purchased and delivery location.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

International Shipping

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only, depending on the product purchased. Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination country and customs processing.

Delivery Timelines & Liability

HairAyur guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3–5 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation.

HairAyur is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities after the consignment has been dispatched. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company and post office norms.

Order Tracking

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Tracking details and delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address specified during registration, once the order has been dispatched.
