Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only in the following circumstances:

• The customer has received a wrong product that is different from the item ordered.

To request a return for an incorrect product, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or an unboxing video as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

HairAyur does not accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:

• The customer changes their mind after placing the order.
• The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
• The customer experiences dissatisfaction due to individual preferences or variations in results.
• Incorrect products are reported after the specified reporting period.
• Orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Damage During Transit

HairAyur takes utmost care while packaging and dispatching orders. However, once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, HairAyur shall not be held responsible for any damage, leakage, breakage, or loss occurring during transit.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery and contact the courier partner directly in case of transit-related damage.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Attempts

If an order is returned to HairAyur due to reasons including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer,
• Customer being unavailable to receive the shipment,
• Failure to respond to delivery attempts made by the courier partner,
• Refusal to accept the shipment,

the order shall be treated as a returned shipment.

In such cases, HairAyur will process a refund of the order value after deducting both the forward and return shipping charges incurred. The eligible refund amount will be processed within 7 business days from the date the returned parcel is received back by HairAyur.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be initiated through the original mode of payment used during the purchase. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the respective bank or payment service provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. HairAyur's Right to Refuse Returns

HairAyur reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
